COORDINATION MATTERS

Fit the installation around the car.

Before delivery. Before booking.

Share the exact model and year, the customer’s written requirements, the delivery deadline and your preferred premises. We assess the installation and appointment before a date is committed.

Suitable access, permission to work, workspace and any site requirements need to be agreed. Sensitive fitting information stays out of public-facing handover material.

An owner-ready handover.

Agree who receives the demonstration, account setup information and relevant installation documents. Where a monitoring subscription is needed, clarify who activates it, who pays and when cover or service begins.

Autosecureshop provides the installation service. Vehicle manufacturer names are used to identify vehicles; this website does not claim manufacturer appointment or endorsement.

THE DETAILS OF OWNERSHIP

A more complete brief.

A stronger brief before the vehicle arrives

For a hypercar dealer, the installation can be one of several tasks between arrival and customer collection. Give us an outline of that sequence, the exact vehicle details and the customer’s stated requirement. Where an insurer has supplied wording, pass it on accurately rather than replacing it with a category shorthand.

Identify the person who can approve the proposal and the person coordinating the site appointment. Those may be different contacts. A clear introduction allows questions about suitability, access and timing to reach the right person promptly.

Respect the delivery schedule without guessing

Let us know the preferred handover date and any period when the vehicle cannot be available. We can then discuss whether an appropriate installation appointment can be arranged. Product compatibility, vehicle access and installation conditions need to be confirmed before timing is committed.

If the car’s arrival or specification changes, tell us before the appointment. The useful result is a realistic plan that fits the actual vehicle, rather than a generic promise based only on its badge or the date in a sales diary.

Agree what the customer receives

Before fitting, decide who will attend the owner demonstration and who receives the relevant installation documents. Where the owner will not be at the dealer, establish how the handover will be completed afterwards. Avoid leaving account or authorisation questions to an unrelated member of staff at collection.

If the proposed system uses a monitoring subscription, clarify responsibility for setup and payment with the relevant provider. Any policy acceptance remains a matter for the owner and insurer. The dealer and installer can supply the agreed information without making a decision on the insurer’s behalf.

Support the next stage of ownership

A car may leave the dealer for private storage, travel by transporter or go directly to its owner. Discuss how that next movement will be coordinated with the selected security arrangement. Ask the provider what notifications or procedures apply to the particular service.

Autosecureshop handles quotations and installation enquiries directly. Hypercar Security supplies the specialist ownership information around that service. The business relationship is stated openly, and vehicle manufacturer names identify the cars involved without implying manufacturer endorsement.
